The popular products Sunquick, Suntop, Sun Lolly, and Suncola are enjoyed by people around the world. CO-RO, based in Frederikssund, has provided refreshing beverages and ice lollies since 1942, and today they have a global presence in over 80 countries.
As a global producer of beverages and ice lollies, CO-RO face high demands in daily operations. Especially within the food industry, there are numerous laws and requirements that food companies must keep track of.

Maintenance across teams and locations
Since CO-RO’s production is spread across two locations, smooth collaboration between the many employees and teams is essential.
One of their requirements for a CMMS system was, therefore, to establish consitent routines across locations and teams.
With a team of nearly 200 people, CO-RO need to provide employees with a clear overview. The tasks must be structured efficiently so that everyone know exactly what they need to do, to ensure that maintenance work is completed on time.
Handling of 21.000 jobs
Filtering job lists and users helps CO-RO put important jobs in focus and ensure optimal use of the right resources.
Lasse explains: ”Search and filtering functions are especially important for our users. They create clarity and ensure that our employees only see relevant jobs.” He further adds that ”job groups provide us with an overview that has significantly improved our efficiency.”
The INEXTIA App has become an important tool for employees, allowing them to take job lists and the spare parts inventory with them wherever they go.
They can create, activate, and complete tasks directly at the machine, while also recording which spare parts are used from inventory. This ensures a continuous overview of spare parts usage, while giving them access to job history at all times.
With over 21,000 jobs and 10-12,000 spare parts spread across 50 warehouses, CO-RO need to keep tight control over their inventory. QR codes on all equipment and components – from machines to restrooms – make it easy to locate the exact spare part needed.
Through the INEXTIA Stock App, CO-RO can also adjust inventory levels and conduct inventory checks across locations.
