INEXTIA is a cloud-based maintenance system. This means that you can access the system directly from your browser, no matter your location. You can administer and execute maintenance from a simple Job List through a computer, laptop or tablet.

You can manage and optimize:

  • Maintenance jobs and tasks
  • Procedures and working instructions
  • Handling of spare parts and stock
  • Reporting and analysis

INEXTIA can benefit any company performing maintenance. Your workday is based on a simple job list that ensures structure and less mistakes and neglections. Quickly it creates an overview of future tasks and important information.

The INEXTIA app allows you to access and enter important information about the individual job when you are on the move. This means that you can minimize administrative time in front of the computer. In addition, you avoid loosing important information as you can start and finish jobs directly on site.

You will quickly be able to create results and optimize the operations of your business, as the track record in INEXTIA will give you an overview of where to optimize internal processes.

In principle, everyone who wants to optimize their maintenance department can use INEXTIA. It is secondary if you are a manufacturing company, a service company, a theme park, a holiday resort, a harbor or something else – INEXTIA can optimize maintenance for everyone.

The INEXTIA app gives you access to your Job List as well as relevant documents, specifications and other important information attached to the job. You can start and finish jobs or report defects on the move directly from your phone.

The app creates flexibility and mobility at work and is ideal for the employees doing maintenance. This ensures that you always have your Job List right by your side including all the attached data.

Features

With the INEXTIA Forms module it is possible to create and design forms and checklists to use in the maintenance department. Hereby you achieve a consistent collection of information, for example in relation to inspections, security, approval procedures and simple maintenance.

Forms and checklists can both be accessed through web and the INEXTIA app. This means you can access your checklists via mobile devices when you are on the move.

You can manage your stock directly in INEXTIA. It is possible to see which spare parts you have in stock and also the use of spare parts. You can easily scan and report your consumption with QR-codes.

You can store all important and relevant documents in INEXTIA. This makes it possible to distribute documents across different departments. As the system is cloud-based, you can access your documents through a login, no matter your location.

In Analytics you can create tailored reports on relevant data and KPIs. These reports give you a quick graphical overview. You can subscribe to reports and for example receive last week’s consumption of spare parts every Monday or receive a report with the scheduled tasks for next week.

In INEXTIA it is possible to create your own QR-codes in relation to stock control and data retrieval of components.

If QR-codes are used on machines, you can scan the code with your phone to see which jobs are related to the machine, report defects and create new jobs.

If QR-codes are used in relation to stock control, these can secure easy and quick access to regulation of inventory. You can scan the code on the spare parts with your phone and report the number of used items.

Services

INEXTIA can easily be integrated with other systems, e.g. financial systems. It is also possible to import and export data to and from INEXTIA. When purchasing the system, we specify what is needed for your specific interface.

Minimal training is required to use INEXTIA at your workplace. The system is created with focus on user-friendliness to make it easy and quick to use.

We normally spend a day or two of training. One of our Project Managers will be conducting the training. The need for training is individual and is often reflected by the number of users accessing the system from your company.

You can contact our support team in Aalborg, Denmark, by phone or e-mail. Here you will be met by one of our consultants, who offer the optimal support from their detailed knowledge and experience with our software.

When you have arranged an appointment with one of our consultants, remote support will be available through TeamViewer. This will give us the opportunity to view the content of your screen, to solve your problem quickly, so you can return to your job.

Support is included in the INEXTIA subscription agreement.

Since INEXTIA is a cloud-based system, it is possible for RINA Digital Solutions to manage IT. This means that you as a customer will avoid having to do back-ups, updates and maintenance of servers and the like. RINA Digital Solutions will take care of it all.

Technical

INEXTIA is automatically updated when we release a new version. This means, that you do not have to actively update to the newest version – we take care of it all.

As a Windows user, Internet Explorer and Google Chrome are supported.

As Mac and iOS user, Safari and Google Chrome are supported.

As Android user, Google Chrome is supported.

In many instances INEXTIA will be accessible through other browsers than those listed above. In case of problems, the browsers listed above will be used as frame of reference.

The INEXTIA app can be used on Android and Apple devices. It is possible to use the app from mobile phones and tablets.

Yes, INEXTIA can support multifactor login (MFA) through integration with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).

This requires a purchasable module for INEXTIA and that your organization uses Azure AD to manage domain accounts. Integration with Azure AD enables INEXTIA to utilize both MFA and single sign-on (SSO). All users, including external suppliers, will then need to log in using Azure AD.

Data

All data in INEXTIA is stored in the cloud. This means that you can always access documents, spare parts, item lists and jobs regardless the device you log on from. This ensures that you always have relevant information at hand when working at different locations or working from home.

It depents on which INEXTIA package you choose.

INEXTIA packages and data:

Starter: 5GB data
Standard: 10GB data
Pro: 15GB data

It is possible to purchase extra database storage when needed.

You are the owner of all data created in INEXTIA and you can request these to be passed to you at any time. We will prepare a backup file of the MS SQL-database, which will be sent to you as a download.

Get started

You can quickly get started using INEXTIA at your workplace. When the agreement is signed, the agreed number of users can access an INEXTIA site. After this, the system is accessible directly from your browser.

Since INEXTIA is subscription based, a monthly fee is paid for the number of INEXTIA users at your company. The price of INEXTIA is therefore individual due to your company’s demand.
