Lillebælt Sport og Kultur is an independent institution with the primary task of supporting the sports and athletic community in Middelfart Municipality. Additionally, Lillebælt Sport og Kultur provides facilities for hosting events such as concerts, fairs, conferences, courses, and parties.
With facilities spread across four different locations, a user-friendly and accessible maintenance system is essential for Lillebælt Sport og Kultur.
Since their facilities support both school sports programs and local clubs, it is crucial for users to always receive the best service possible when using the sports centers, bowling alley, or swimming pool.


Handle a large amount of tasks with a small team in the INEXTIA App
The maintenance team is small and must handle numerous tasks, so having a CMMS where new team members can easily access and understand their responsibilities was crucial.
Allan Nørgaard Sørensen from Lillebælt Sport og Kultur says: “We have many tasks across our facilities and few people to carry them out, so it is important for us to get a clear overview of what we need to do.”
At the same time, there was a need for an overview of maintenance history, replacements, and upcoming inspections to plan work efficiently.
With a cloud-based maintenance system like INEXTIA, Lillebælt Sport og Kultur can now gather all information and tasks, allowing employees to access important jobs and job histories even while on the go.
The INEXTIA App, in particular, has provided them with the overview they needed. With four locations, they can complete tasks, collect counters and measurements readings, and access all components, no matter where they are.
Allan Nørgaard Sørensen elaborates: ”I record everything I know needs replacing or inspection, so I have the entire history in the INEXTIA App.”
Despite the team’s size, the app enables them to visit all locations and save time by completing tasks on-site. This ensures they comply with legal requirements and maintain efficient maintenance processes.
Consistent data collection ensures compliance
Pool inspections are legally required, making consistent data collection and documentation essential to meeting compliance standards.
Here, the Forms module has enabled Lillebælt Sport og Kultur to collect data in a uniform and consistent way, saving both time and resources. A major advantage of the Forms module is the ability to use checklists to document readings from counters and measurements in the swimming pool.
Allan explains: ”We have created forms for when filters need to be changed and for daily readings of the pool’s pumps, counters, and measurements.”


INEXTIA is not just for the maintenance team
Through the app, Allan has already onboarded colleagues outside the maintenance team to help with data collection. This helps ensure that their facilities are always ready for use, whether for athletes, school students, or event attendees.
In the future, Lillebælt Sport og Kultur plans to further expand INEXTIA’s use within the organization. and Allan adds:
”We would like to bring more staff into the system, and, in fact, the cleaning staff have already expressed interest in using the app.”
They also have ambitions to add the Job Request module, allowing employees without INEXTIA access to easily report issues if something breaks.
