Due to increased focus on digitalization and optimization of internal processes, Thisted Vand has chosen to implement the cloud-based maintenance system INEXTIA.
Thisted Vand is responsible for the management of wastewater as well as the supply of drinking water to the majority of Thisted Kommune. For this reason, they need a mobile maintenance system so important information is always available, even when they are on the move.
Jesper Odder, Operations Manager of wastewater at Thisted Vand, says, ”Our previous maintenance systems (2) were obsolete, and we could not access data and registration in one system. In the search for a new maintenance system, we have, thus, put great emphasis on finding a system that we can access from our many locations. Because of INEXTIA’s simple layout and accessibility, this is without doubt the right system for us.
Louise Feld Petersen, Brand Sales Manager at INEXTIA, elaborates, “We often experience in industries such as wastewater, heat and utility that there is a greater need for an accessible system. This is connected to the fact that people in these industries often work from different locations. Therefore, our INEXTIA App quickly becomes an essential work tool as it provides the user with access to information and reporting of tasks no matter the location.” Thisted Vand’s purification plants have just started operations, and they are currently converting data from their pumping stations.
