Scandic Food is expanding the use of maintenance systems for the production in Nr. Aaby. They will use INEXTIA to optimize workflows and maintenance.
The production in TĂĄrs has been using SERTICA – a Client Server maintenance system – for several years. When the need for a maintenance system arose for their department in Nr. Aaby, it was natural for the company to turn to Logimatic. This time the need was slightly different and Scandic Food found a good match in the cloud-based maintenance system INEXTIA.
Henrik V. Rasmussen, Chief Engineer at Scandic Food says: “Here in the production in Nr. Aaby, we have been responsible for IT and servers in connection with our previous maintenance system. We want to reduce this responsibility and it is therefore important for us to outsource the responsibility for servers, updates and backup routines to the supplier of the system.”

Production in Denmark is divided so that fruit-based products, honey and ermoles are produced in Tårs near Hjørring, while sauces, condiments and specialties are produced in Nørre Åby on Funen.
